Email missing in Exchange 2003

Hi EE, I got complaint from user a few time regarding email missing that sent by customer

My checking was
email can pass thru MailMarshal Exchange
email can pass thru MailArchiver with journeying enabled in Exchange 2003
but email no pass to user mailbox, it only pass until MailArchiver

Some please advice...

So your saying in message tracking you dont see the email ?
Is this happening for only one user and that too from one sender or domain ?
If so surely something happening at the spam filters as exchange normally wouldnt drop anything as such ....

Hi Rancy, the email was from valid domain and SPAM filtering also no blocking from my MailMarshal...please advice.
Is this happening to one Recipient and from only one sender or what ?

It was happened to multiple recipient from different store group...but I think to inform that my Exchange 2003 is running under VMware.
Did you try to track email in ESM (Message Tracking Center) and see if it delivered to user mailbox?

The logging level shall put Minimum, Medium or Maximum, what is the different betwwen them? can it generate huge log in my server?

I'll try enable the Exchange diag tracking log, means I shall see something in Event viewer right?
Look for Event ID 7512 in application log which will show details of email rejected/deleted by the Intelligent Message Filter. Check if the missing emails are getting rejected/deleted by IMF. Also If you can have someone to send few test mails to reproduce the issue then try it.
