Have you swapped some known good memory in place?
Looks to be memory related error according to Dell.
Try each memory module individually.

Never know, could possibly be a motherboard problem though which can be difficult to check.

Hi thanks have tried RAM in various different slots and in A1 only, i'm coming to the conclusion that this is a motherboard issue.
May be worth a BIOS flash and CMOS settings reset.
Otherwise motherboard replacement probably, assume there is no warranty?

Usually these things happen right after warranty runs out!
Have tried CMOS reset no luck! Will try BIOS flash & see what happens. No the warranty is well out of date I think.  Thanks guys
1. bios update
2. bios battery
3. fan not working
4. RAM
5. Something is enabled but not connected

If your system is stopping with 1-3-2 (beep code that indicates 'no memory'), then you'll never get to a point where you can flash the BIOS.

If none of your DIMM's alone work in the first slot, then this is a bad motherboard.  If you have already cleared the NVRAM using the jumpers on the motherboard, then there isn't much left to try.
All the comments make a lot of sense.
Think you've tried most of them. Good point PowerEdgeTech, sorry didn't think you obviously can't do BIOS flash as you cannot progress far enough.

Only last thing I would try is to systematically unplug every device from the board, one by one, and see if anything changes. Including HDD's, CD/DVD's, Expansion cards, all external devices etc.
Could be worth trying another Power supply if available.

After that...goodbye motherboard! Might have some luck finding a good used on for sale second hand.
Yes i realized that after i posted, also NVRAM clear jumper fix did not work seems to be motherboard as i have tried everything else possible!
