Exchange 2010 SP1 Mailbox Restore

Hi,

We are trying to do a restore of a users mailbox and this is the command we are using

New-MailboxRestoreRequest -SourceDatabase RecoverDB -SourceStoreMailbox 'Andy Mansfield' -TargetMailbox Andy.Restore -TargetRootFolder Restore -AllowLegacyDNMismatch

We are getting an error of Unable to connect to source mailbox, it's only happening for this user, if we done it on another user we are getting no error. Is there anything simple we could be doing wrong here?

cheers

Is the RDB mounted ?
Command is fine if unable to connect to source means that it cannot find the Mailbox on Source RDB "Recovery Database"

Instead of the UserName try with display name or something for RDB mailbox.

Yeah we have tried using the display name, email address, GUID address
I dont think its something with the command

can you access the mailbox using Outlook or OWA ?

We can access the Andy.Restore Mailbox we are trying to restore too, is it possible to access OWA from a mailbox that is on a recovery db
