Exchange 2007 HIgh availability

I already have Exchange 2007 in a physical box and all the mail databases (2 x maibox databases and 1 public database) on the SAN (snapdrive configured in exchange). All working fine. I would prefer to go for another exchange server virtualy for reduntancy. My concern is if i build another exchange server how do i use the same mail databases from SAN?, what is the best approach to achieve this?

Redundancy can only be achieved with CCR or SCR ... what are you planning ?

ASKER

Current databases are in the SAN storage, so can i share that to configure SCC (Single Copy Clusters)?. Since i need to have the HA for server.

Current Exchange 2007 physical server is very old and having all sort of issues while reboot. i agreed, unfortunately miration to 2010 will take another 4-5 months time. Until then want to use exchange 2007.
