Exchange redirect rule to restricted DL

I have some distributions lists for internal groups.  Some of these groups are restricted in Mail Flow Settings, Message Delivery Restrictions, Accept messages from all users but I do Require that all senders are authenticated.

I setup a rule in Outlook: sent only to me, from a specific email address and with a specific subject to REDIRECT it to two internal groups.

How can I redirect to a DL that requires messages be sent from an authenticated user?

The rule fires but I get the following NDR (I have changed some names):

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

group1@myrealdomain
Your message can't be delivered because delivery to this address is restricted.

group2@myrealdomain

How can I redirect to a DL that requires messages be sent from an authenticated user?

I do see that since my outside junk mail filter is named, apparently this is being resent to the outside world and back.  I thought it would stay internal.  If I could redirect and keep it internal of figure out some other way, that would be great.

I would setup another dummy account have the outlook forwarding to it and then on the Mailbox of the new account have forwarding to the DL :)

Interesting idea.  I am trying to keep it as appearing "from" the original sender, which is the reason for redirection and not forwarding in the first place.  That is the Q, how to redirect to a restricted DL, not simply forward.  I could just forward from my account but that is not what I am trying to do.

well the answer is that it can't be done :) there is an answer just not the one you were hoping for
I am accepting my own reason along with someone else's because there was no answer to the question.  I asked something that simply does not have a solution and I explained why :-(
