Creating links between contacts in Outlook 2010

How do I create a link from one contact to another within Outlook 2010?

I use the default "General" contact display view.  For example, perhaps there is a pull down list of all contacts to select Contact B from the Contact A view?  Then there should be a way to make this list available by a modification to the "General" contact display view.  (BTW, I don't use Exchange Server.)

Thanks apache09.  I tried your suggestion and in the notes of the source it creates the link to the target as a .vcf, but the target does not automatically link back to the source.  However I can then go to the target and use your suggestion to link back to the source.

As I recall, Outlook 2003 (maybe 2007 also) had a simple way to connect 2 contacts with each other from either contact and the links would appear in a row near the bottom of the screen that used very little real estate.  It would be nice to figure a way to do this in Outlook 2010 and going forward.  I would appreciate feedback from anyone.

For Outlook 2013 - Use Registry key entry

In Outlook 2013, the interface option has been removed and support for Contact Linking can only be enabled via a Registry key.
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Preferences
Value name: ShowContactFieldObsolete
Value type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1
You can link contacts by name, but not if it is just a company name entry.

I Repeat the company name in the Full Name field and then I can link them

i.e.:
Company:  Ace Hardware
Full Name: Ace_Hardware

The business vcf will then show in the linked contacts field.
