FTP Not Connecting in Web brower, but FTP Command Connects?

I have two FTP sites running on Windows server 2003, IIS 6. The first site is using port 21 and I am able to connect using an external web browser. Site 2 is using port 150 and I am unable to connect using an external web brower.

1. I am able to connect using FTP Command line, providing the external IP and port, user name and password.
2. I am able to telnet to the site also.

When I trying to enter via a brower IE returns Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Webpage.
Security and permissions seem to be correct as I can connect via FTP Command line.

Is there something that I am missing?

Thanks for your hlep

Are you adding the port number to the URL?  "ftp://secondftp:150/"

I am connecting as follows

Neither option completes the connection. When I add the port number I am show the box to enter username and password, after entering both I then get Browser message  'Internet Explorer cannot display the page'.

I have also added the address as a network connection, again I see the credentials windows but then receive 'Error 550'
After Googling, I don't see anyone who had a solution for that except to possibly use Firefox or Chrome.

This did not solve the actual question, but allowed the FTP connection using a different approach.
