Make shared Exchange calendar the personal default in Outlook 2003

Hi fellow experts,

there is an Exchange 2007 server, a handful of Outlook 2003 clients and an application that inserts appointments into Outlook using some kind of Outlook API interface (you know the kind that lets OL ask if it should allow the external application access for so many minutes). The users all have their own personal calendar, plus they open the calendar of a shared, central account. When this external app injects an appointment into OL, this appointment by default goes into the personal calendar. We want this appointment to go into the shared calendar.

Is there a way to make the calendar of the shared account the default in Outlook 2003?

Not the answer I wanted to hear, but still appears to be the correct one :-} Thanks for your asistance. I have now resorted to creating a VBA script that gets triggered on any newly created appointment and that immediately moves it from the personal to the shared calendar.
