SBS 2003 to Exchange 2010

We have just upgraded from SBS 2003 to Exchange 2010.  We have had a few problems with exchange that I would like help rectifying.

1. Staff members who had access to edit calendars, can no longer do this.  They can access the calendar, but can no longer add/edit meetings to it (it sends an email to the attendee to accept).  THE CEO's email has lost all of its colour coding since the upgrade.  Staff member is assistant to CEO and needs this capability.

2.  Since the upgrade, outlook always asks staff for their network password.  How do I remove this pop up server wide?

Did you export the PST and import PST to mailbox for migration OR used the normal move mailbox process to migrate?
