Quickbooks

Is there a way in Quickbooks to classify customers in some what that shows up on both the entry of an invoice or sales order?  Let's say I have 20 customers.  Some we ship and charge them shipping fees.  Some we ship and they pay the fee.  Some we ship and they get a special discount or handling accomodation.  I can make this a code or text.  I would like to store that information in their customer account info and have it displayed when the order is entered and on the packing slip, etc.

Is this possible?
