Exchange Management Console Access is denied.
Windows XP Professional SP3 32 Bit
IIS 5.1
Exchange Server Management Tools 2007 32 bit SP3
Exchange Server 2007 Enterprise 64 bit SP3
User account that is logged onto the computer is a member of the domain administators and Exchange Server Administrators
when I launch the Exchange Management Console I receive this error:
