Crystal Report fields overlap when report is displayed

I created a Crystal Report in VS 2010.  On the screen everything looks good but when I display the report, two fields are overlapping and I can't figure out why.

Other fields on the report are displaying properly.  The only difference between the other fields and the field I am having a problem with is the one field is a text box that I added and the other field is a data field.

Attached is a screen print of the the report design in VS 2010 and the results that are displayed when the app is run.

Any suggestions are appreciated as I am new to Crystal Reports.  Thanks.

Is this on the same machine?

Look at Auto Policy Number text.  It is not lined up with the Policy Number field.  Sorry about the screen shot.  I actually moved the Effective date down to see if that would solve the problem which is why it doesn't show as overlapped with the Auto Policy Number text.
by any chance, do you have the PolicyNumber field set to allow it to roll over to second line?

If not, perhaps attach new screenshots. I, too, am having a hard time visualizing the problem.
The effective dat eisn't moved down.  It is still in line with the names on the left as it is in the upper picture.  You must have moved the label down.  But as I see it, even if it isn't moved it shouldn't overlap unless something is different between the design and the printout.

For example a different printer driver.

I just posted a picture of the Report Layout and what the report looks like.

If you look at the file, Crystal-Report-Text_Overlapping.jpg, you will see the text Auto Policy Number is overlapping the date field.

If you look at the file, Crystal-Report-Report-Layout.jpg, you will see that the Auto Policy Number text and Policy Number field are in its own section.  The Effective Date field is in its own section below that.

New information

Problem appears to be with the Crystal Report Viewer.  If I export the Report to PDF programmatically, the PDF displays fine without the overlapping fields and I get WYSIWYG on the report design.

Here is the Crystal Report Viewer tag:

   <CR:CrystalReportViewer ID="CrystalReportViewer1" runat="server"
            EnableParameterPrompt="False" ToolPanelView="None"
            DisplayStatusbar="False" EnableDrillDown="False" HasCrystalLogo="False"
            HasDrilldownTabs="False" HasDrillUpButton="False" HasSearchButton="False"
            HasToggleGroupTreeButton="False" HasToggleParameterPanelButton="False"
            ShowAllPageIds="True" AutoDataBind="True"
            EnableDatabaseLogonPrompt="False"
            HasExportButton="False" HasPrintButton="False" Height="500px"
            Width="880px" BestFitPage="False" />

Unfortunately I've already tried that link and it only gives you the latest version which is 13.0.4.  I need 13.0.1.  I finally found a link and was able to download the 13.0.1 version for VS 2010 but haven't tried it yet.  I haven't been able to find the Run Time version of 13.0.1 yet that I will need on the deployment server.

I found a link that indicates this is a known but in Crystal Reports.  I rollbacked my CR version and now everything works.
