Quickbooks 13.0 deployment with GPO

We are trying to deploy Quickbooks 13.0 using group policy. I was able to extract the MSI file from the EXE. At first the MSI file wouldn't run saying I needed to use the EXE instead, but after reveiwing (http://community.intuit.com/posts/qb-2012-silent-install), I made some changes and the MSI now runs. However, when I assign it with group policy, it doesn't install.

The event logs aren't helpful either: I see a message saying -- "The install of application QuickBooks from policy <name of our gpo> failed. The error was : Fatal error during installation.

I'm going to need to upgrade multiple company files. I was given an Admin login. Do you know if each company file has its own set of logins, or is one Admin login enough to upgrade all the company files.
One admin login should be enough.
