Outlook calendars organization setting

I want to make all users calendars read only for "domain users" for my exchange organization, I have 200 users, is there a way of doing this either through Group Policy or Powerr Shell or even EMC?

Firstly what your saying about "Domain Users" should be done.

If you can explain in a bit brief what you want.

I want to be able to allow every "domain user" ( to make it easy ) to be able to see everyone elses calendar in read only mode.

At the moment you have to go and set permissions for default user and then go to calendar  and add the users and to do this for all 200 users is going to take me an age. I do not want to give full access as that would blow open all sorts of security issue jus the calendar.
