Conditional Split: Expression Editor

Hello EE,

I have a task, that is using a merge join from two sources. Once the merge has been complete, i want to compare the result set, only to where one column is not equal. I need to check for nulls, so i used a conditional spliter, before i merge the data into one table. However, i'm gettin an error with my expression syntax. (Pictures inserted).

You can see my syntax in the pic, but the error i get is this:

the operand typs could not be implicitly cast into compatible types for the operation. One or both operands needs to be cast with a cast operation.

Thanks!

The syntax of isnull is

isnull(expression, value if expression is null)

i.e isnull(IPlan_Engagement_Score__C, '0') means '0' if Iplan... value is null otherwise Iplan... value. It must be kept in mind that the value provided in the 2nd parameter must be of the same data  type as that of expression
