Advice on automatically creating a complex csv file

I have a client that uses BigCommerce as an eCommerce platform and I need to be able to generate a fairly large csv automatically. By this I mean either creating a form in access that allows me to push a button and it creates a table in which I can copy and paste into an Excel sheet, or a macro in excel I can run to create the csv file.

Little background (I will try to make this simple):

Each product on the online store has several options to choose from. BigCommerce allows you to import csv files to add products. That is the goal here. Basically the csv file for each products is about 8 rows. One for the product, four for the option details, and three for the price changes based on the options chosen. These 8 rows will repeat themselves over and over again for as many products as there is.

I want to be able to input information and then somehow have a program generate the csv file. I am thinking that it will either be Access or Excel. Attached is a csv file for one product. Lines 2-9 would be repeated for each product. The fields highlighted in green is the information I would like to input.

Ideally I would like to use Access. I could create a form with a couple of buttons. One would open a table for me to input information and the other button would take my input information and generate another table in which I would copy and past into excel. Or maybe that button would just create the csv file.

The other option would be to use Excel. I would input my information into a worksheet and then run a macro which would create my csv file.

Right now I just need advice on which program would be best to use. Any information you can give me to get me going would be awesome.

Thanks in advance.

Field highlighting can not be saved in a CSV, so we can't see what fields you want to specify versus which ones are the same for all products.

Save your sample with the highlighting as an XLS and post that up here.
