php change textbox to ckeditor

I am using the ckeditor folder
but the textarea is not changed to ckeditor

your code change does not make a ckbox for me

I did view source and changed line 10
and I DO NOT get ckbox with view source

both suggestions led me to the correct solution
and thanks for simplifying the text box
