Cant access a citrix site

This link https://cagvpn1.citrixkmhp.com/Citrix/AccessPlatform/site/default.aspx
which is a Citrix site and I have installed the Citrix Online Plug in but when accessing the site, it says Internet Explorer cannot display the web page.   This is a new user and the other users do not have an issue accessing the website.  Is there something else I need to install?

You don't normally want to publish the full url's publicly.. but, if IE won't display the page, then you have an IIS issue (possibly Tomcat if it's unix, but that's pretty rare).

The possible issues are:
1. Missing DNS entry - do a ping and an nslookup from the client to verify
2. Blocked port - if you get an address from step one, do a telnet test to port 80 & 443.  (By your URL, you are using HTTPS/SSL, so you would need 443, but best practice is to leave port 80 open with a redirect to SSL.
3. Proxy configuration - if you are requiring a proxy, and the new user is not configured for it, then they won't be able to get to it. (this is fairly uncommon).
4. No SSL cert bound to the website/improper binding

Have you also got the citirix client ?
Having the Citrix client won't make a difference if you can't pull up the page.  The page *must* work first.. (The web page has the option to install the client if it can't be detected).
