INPUT FORM data to MSAccess - need text field to display multiple lines & unlimited characters

I have an input form storing data in an MSAccess db. One of the fields is a MEMO field (I need the unlimited characters available to the users). The input form is a form to add new data and/or update existing data. The form is working correctly except I want the box for the memo field to wrap automatically. My code currently is:

<input type="text" name="Funding" size="50" value="<%=Funding%>">

I also need the existing data (if it exists) to display when a user looks at their record. Is there a way to change the code so that their data in the 'Funding' field wraps automatically. I would like to display a 3 lines / 100 character scrolling box.

Using HTML <textarea> tag for multi-line text input is the solution for your requirements, not the HTML <input> tag.

See these links below for how to use <textarea> in your FORM.

I have looked at that link. The problem is, when the user goes back to edit their data, the MEMO field does NOT appear. It is stored in the database, but does not display when you go back to edit. I have not seen anything on any other posting as to how to display the memo data. Following is the line of code I am using:

      <textarea rows="4" cols="50" name="Funding" cols="75" value="<%=Funding%>"></textarea></p>
I have also tried

<textarea rows="4" cols="50" name="Funding" cols="75" <%=Funding%>></textarea></p>

This code does not display the data when a user goes back in to edit the data.
