Sharepoint 2010 bilingual

Hi guys this is my first post but I thought this may be a good place to start
I have a customer with around 12 companies globally who are wanting us to roll out a sharepoint 2010 HR system for them.

We currently use an info path forms based system in sp 2010 which works really well and they want to roll it out to their businesses

My question is- they would like the system to be bi lingual and I am just thinking about the best way to approach the project, if anyone has any tips, advice or has done anything similar I'd love to talk to you.
