Go to control panel, administratif tools, services, locate here your service, right click it and choose restart, let me kniw if it works...
Optionally you can install print spooler service from 'server management' by adding the role print server... Let me know if it works...
Are you sure you are looking at Win 2008R2? Can you give me a print screen please.
Thanks

in order to find the correct service name

type "net start" with no arguments when the spooler is running. if your os is not english, the names of the services are translated. french users had to wait until windows seven to get a list where accentuated characters could be displayed or typed in properly from the command prompt so you may get some weird display...

you can also navigate to the services registry key (HKLM/software/current control set/services as far as i remember) and pick the value from the registry. the name of the key should be displayName (still digging into old memories, but there are not many keys so you can't be mistaken)

Thanks to all!
I discovered that my Windows 2008 R2 is corrupted, and my license cannot even recognize.  I reformatted my drive and re-installed everything and now is working fine.
Thank you guys for the assistance!
