Are there any firewall ports that need to be openned for an ATT3GMicroCell repeater device to work?

Are there any firewall ports that need to be opened for an ATT3GMicroCell repeater device to work?

I have followed the instructions on setting up an ATT3GMicroCell repeater device.

This repeater is plugged into a switch which is then plugged into an AT&T DSL modem/firewall/router.

So far I have not been able to get this ATT3GMicroCell repeater device to activate.

Are there any special firewall ports that I need to open on the AT&T DSL modem's firewall?

If so, which ones?

The owner's manual (which I have attached) doesn't mention anything about doing this.

The AT&T repeater was finally activated after about 7 days after it was left powered on and connected to a LAN cable without me having to open any ports on my DSL firewall even though I had gotten an email that the initial activation had failed.
