How to accessing a class from a different project in C#

Hello experts,

I am relatively new to C# , trying to build an application using a presentation layer which contains all the forms that represent the users' interface and a data access layer which contains all the classes that save and retrieve data into and from the database.

To do that I created two projects inside a solution in Visual Studion 2010 ultimate ediation. The projects are named Presentation and DataAccess.

The code of the Login form (which is inside the Presentation  project) needs to access the code of the usersLoginDB public static class which is inside the DataAccess project.

My understadning is that I need to create a reference and I am not sure how to go about that. Could you explain this step please. Thank you.
