How to serve a mobile version of my page? IIS7 Win 2008 R2

My server is IIS7 and Win 2008.  How to I program a specific page on my website to 'detect' a mobile device and deliver a mobile version of that page (that I already have programmed) to  mobile device?  And what is the PROPER way to do this SEO and Web Standards wise?

These pages have high pagerank, and I want to do this all the legitimate way, and also in a way that "credits" the mobile versions of the page in Google (if that is possible).  Would this be a "redirect"?  And if it is a redirect, does Google see the redirect as a new PR0 page, or does it keep the existing pagerank simply as a new version?

I'm not sure the right way to do this or how.  Thanks!
