Lotus Notes ID password Recovery

Hi guys,

I have an issue where a user has changed their ID password and has since forgotten.
We generally just replace the ID file with the original that has a default password but in this case we cant find the original ID.

I know we can just create a new ID and point it to her mail file but this wont get around the other database views and tasks that belong to the current ID file.

Any ideas?

Thanks i had thought that there was going to be more of an issue than there was.

You are right, client is up and running now
