Resizing boot/OS partition on Ubuntu

Hi Guys

I want to resize my main partition, i have a significant amount of unallocated space. I know i can boot up from the Ubuntu live cd and make the changes with Gparted. I want to allocate the 211GB unallocated space to the main boot partition. What are the risks though? I've heard that I could ruin it and it wont boot up again? Iv attached two images of the current status...

Thanks in advance!
