Thanks for your comments. Really want to keep the Kaspersky. Talking with Kaspersky, to help find a solution, where I keep the antivirus.
i don't see why a suggestion that ram is the cause is credited -but that's your decision
i posted  you can test with a Free AV - when you uninstall  Kaspersky - then reinstall it
