Outlook permission to have access to only certain subfolders

I have a manager that wants to give access to another user's mailbox but only to a specified subfolder under the inbox. I have given the user  manage full access permission in Exchange 2010 but the user is able to view all subfolders under the inbox. I went in and deselected the permissions but the user still has access. What is the correct way to grant permission to specific folders?

Thanks and it works for a new user w/these permissions but for the previous one that i removed from "manage full permission" it still shows the user has access to all folders. I removed these permissions last night just in case of replication but is there another way?
There was an issue on the Exchange side but the solution works perfectly.
