PC crashes with BSOD

I have a user that is running win xp SP3.  Up until now, it's been running fine.
Last week she received a few BSOD's, so I got the mini dump files and after analyzing them, one pointed me to NERO software, so I removed it.  It's still crashing, it's crashed 4 times so far just today.  In looking at the mini dump files, they all say caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe
This doesn't help as it's the kernal driver.
The address is: ntoskrnl.exe+15c8a7

Perhaps someone has seen this before?  What can I do to resolve this and figure out exactly what is causing it?

well, her ntkrnl file is not missing, as it's there and I can restart the PC and it works fine. So perhaps it might be corrupt, but I'm not getting any of those 3 error messages.
Can you post the minidumps so that we can have a look at them.

I'll run the memtest 86+ tonight to test the ram.

Here's a few of the mini dumps.

thanks everyone, the RAM was bad.  Also, after I took out the HD, it's making noises like crazy, so the drive is going as well, so I just replaced it with a new PC.
Good to see that it's sorted out. :)
