clone hard drive from few PCs

Hi,

I have 10 - 15 PCs. My problem now is that my PC has use for few years and it contain alot of data inside.

I'm don't know which way is a good way to back up a data.

I was thinking to mirror a hard disk using NAS thru' network but since i have 15 PCs, does it mean i need 15 NAS to do this? Also if using NAS do i need to manually do it?

Is there anyway i can auto doing all this?

Reason is because i dont think users will enthusiast enough to backup their data all the time.

Can anyone suggest a good way to do this ... and the design will not affect of the future growth of the data.

Thank you.

VHDs do not compress data - but if you want the data EASILY accessible, even changeable directly, then that's the price you pay, figuratively speaking.  Further, VHDs are not the size of the original hard drive - they are the size of the original data + a few MB to a few GB.  Meaning, if you VHD a 1 TB hard drive that has used 250 GB, it will NOT create a 1 TB VHD, it DOES create a 250GB + maybe 5-10 GB more.  (it's a dynamically growing VHD to the maximum original hard drive size).
