Legal Win XP

I have an approximately 10-tyear hold HP Pavilion laptop. Originally it had Win XP on it. At some point I installed Linux on it, but I'm thinking of installing XP back on it. Not dual boot. I don't have the original XP disks. Is it possible to buy a legal copy of XP for this?

In that link, it shows Win XP Home as more expensive than Win XP Professional. This is the opposite of what I would expect. Any reason for this?
Almost all of those copies are sold by Amazon partners.  The partners set their prices as they want though it's probably based on cost to them and how much they think they can get.  The partners probably bought them as surplus from somewhere else at a significant discount from the normal retail prices.  And you should look on more pages.  they have copies of Windows XP spread through the other 20 or so pages of software there.
