80080005 Server execution failed: VB.Net

Hi,
I am new to VB.net and this is the first time I am going to write a code in .NET framework.  I am trying to write a code in VB.net to access BO Universes using the designer SDK.  I have written the codes in Excel VBA macro earlier and it works.

But now when I use VB.net in MS Visual Studio 2012, it give me an error "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {3496DB16-E495-48C8-9C99-014AF38AD128} failed due to the following error: 80080005 Server execution failed (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80080005 (CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE))"

This happens in the line where I Instantiate the Designer Object, i.e.
Dim DesignerObj As New Designer.Application.

I thought it might because of the designer SDK, but the same error is happening when I use Excel.Application.

The bad part is, yesterday when I was working with it it started to work all of a sudden and I could successfully execute the designer methods.  I tested it multiple times and saved the code as it is thinking that I will find the cause today (The most stupid thing I did) and today morning when I open the code again and try to run it  it gives me the same error.

I am completely stuck here and any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

I think I figured out what caused the issue, but not sure on the reason of the behavior.

I had a software "Ginger" for spell check, installed in my machine.  While searching the internet one of the posts said uninstalling Google Desktop had resolved the issue.  So I was tying to disable all the unused softwares in my laptop.  When I disabled Ginger my code started working.

Now I am curious on why would Ginger have caused the Designer application throw an error.  At somepoint down the line I will have to deliver this code as an EXE to the clients and just want to be aware of any such conflicts in production.

Check to see if Ginger is somehow interfering with the COM initialization. Also, look into what I said if that's all new stuff. Especially make sure you are using the proper Office PIAs.
