Machine going into sleep mode when not logged it

I have a windows 7 machine that must remain on at all times.  I have a script for the users to prevent the machine from going into sleep mode when the user is logged in, however, when the user isn't logged in and the machine is idle it's going to "sleep"  I need to find a way to stop this.  Is there a way?

GPO if you have a Domain. If you don't, login as Administrator and change Power plan as needed.

OK I'm confused.  I thought that the power plan was user specific?  If I go in as administrator what does that have to do with the machine being logged off?

Ah I see.  The funny thing is I have a script in the start up to run that runs that should be doing this exact thing.
Strangely enough, I logged in as local admin and that was the problem.  Thanks
