Outlook Problem Syncronising With Exchange 2010

Hi,

I've just set up a new Exchange 2010 server. There is only one in the domain.
Its all installed and working properly except one user doesn't seem to want to syncronise.

Outlook been 'Waiting to update folders' for days and the bandwidth from the PC when Outlook is open is hitting around 10Mbps so its certainly doing something. Goes to 0Mbps when outlook is closed.

I noticed that there are errors in the Sync Logs (below) but I can't seem to get any help on them. I think I've increased or disabled any limits that I can find on the server but it didn't help.

All other users seem fine.

Any ideas?
Thanks

What did you do exactly before having those sync issues? Did you import an existing PST into already set Outlook with Exchange account (in its OST)?

It seems to that this is the case: you have an item that exceeds the allowed messages size, by default 10MB, and it does not synchronize.

If that is the case, you can do one of the following:
-      Disable the cached mode in Outlook; delete the OST file; re-enable cached mode and let Outlook download all items already on the server. Then you could use New-ImportRequest cmdlet to re-import the existing PST: see the help about skipping items with errors and overriding existing items
-      Search the OST file for items bigger than 10MB and delete them: they cannot be synchronized. If the user needs them, you could move them to a local PST file instead of the server
