SCCM 2007 Remote Tools works with XP but not Windows 7

Background information:  SCCM 2007 R3 SP2,  Workstations involved XP SP3 and Windows 7 SP1

OK, to clarify.  We are moving our Support Center to Windows 7 devices, they are currently Windows XP SP3.  They have the ability to use the ConfigMgr Remote Tools on the XP Workstations and can remote into both Windows 7 and XP devices.

When they're trying to remote into devices from a Windows 7 machine, they get the error cannot contact host.  They are all in an AD group that has permissions to use the Remote Tools, both on the SCCM server and in the client configuration.  And it works fine as long as they're using an XP workstation.

Domain users are local admin's on the workstations. FYI.

I am able to remote from Windows 7 devices, but I'm also a domain admin.  If I'm logged into the same workstation they are trying to use, I am able to remote both XP and Win 7 devices.  They log in and get the error regardless of remoting XP or Win 7.  We are both receiving the same User Policy and Computer Policies.

Any ideas?  This has been a head scratcher for some time and I haven't been able to find a similar scenario in my search.

Attached is a screenshot of the error message.User generated image
