Problem with div border

I have a div with an image at the bottom right which makes it look like a page has been turned up in the corner.  I am finding that depending on the position of the outer div an ugly outline border appears on the right and bottom of the image.  Even when I have adjusted the position so that it looks fine on my computer, if I go to another machine those border lines re-appear.

How do I get rid of the border in all situations?  Iam using IE 8

 <Style type="text/CSS">
div.contentbox{ background: #F7F7F7 url('images/dogear_br.jpg') no-repeat; background-position:100% 100%; border:0px; padding:0px; width:auto; height:100px;}
</style>

<DIV ID="Control1" STYLE="position:absolute; top: 444px; left: 870px; width: 100px; height: 22px; border:0px;">
<TABLE BORDER=0 CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 WIDTH=100%>
<TR VALIGN=top><TD><DIV align="Left">

<div class=contentbox>
<FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ff0000" color=#ffffff size=5
face="Times New Roman"><nobr>&nbsp;&nbsp;NOVEMBER 2012&nbsp;&nbsp;</nobr></FONT><br><br>

<center><font Face="Times New Roman" Size=7>14</font></center>

</div>
</DIV></TD></TR></TABLE></DIV>

Do you have a link to the page, cannot tell anything from a bit of code
Also why so many nested elements?

Thanks for the reply GaryC123 - here is a link

The extra elements are are added by the HTML Editor.
I'm not seeing any border on the image except for the edge of the fold up which looks a bit scrappy.
Do you have a screenshot of it.

I'm just in the testing stage at present - the final image will be fixed.  As mentioned in the question - depending on the position of the outer div the border shows up as white lines (see attached).  Sometimes there is a horizontal line at the bottom as well.

Thanks very much GaryC123 - I appreciate your patience with this.  Looks like I should upgrade my HTML Editor - any ideas?
I'm a purist and use Notepad++
What editor are you using? Depends on what you are coding - .Net, php ...

Coding mainly in ColdFusion in a program called CFNoise  which I found in a dark corner of the net.
This seems the most popular free one
