Outlook Calendar Category Colors Missing

One of our Outlook/Exchange 2010 shared calendar has lost its category colors on one of the network client local machine.  This Outlook 2010 user can add to the calendar and select a color category and it will remain.  How do we get the previous colors back and ensure new entries by other users appear with category colors on this user PC?  See attached screenshot.

Rancy,
You misunderstand.  The color options are there.  It is the actual calendar entries that had colors which are now lost to only the one network Exchange user.
