Creating shared vmware disk between 2 servers

Hi,

Trying to create new disk,

during GUI setup of the shared disk there is an option to setup new disk as cluster disk, so i have picked that, attached to vm1 and it wont attach to vm2

gives us error failed to add disk scsi0 1

Thanks

you need to setup Virtual Bus Sharing.

Are you wanting to use it for Microsoft Failover Clustering?

See Cluster in a Box, in the following Guides, that show you the steps to create a cluster in a box.

No we will not be using microsoft clustering.    It will be used between to Linux machines with oracle file lock software.

Any suggestions?
