It seems that I need these as well:

 Perl: 5.10.1
PHP: 5.2.17 (with the option of 5.3.17 and 5.4.6)
 Pear: 1.9.4
 Python: 2.6.6
 Ruby: 1.8.7
 Ruby: 1.8.7  --- (box831+) 1.9.3
 Rails: 3.2.8
DanM: Kernel: 2.6.32
Apache: 2.2.23
Operating System: CentOS 6.3 <--- My mistake!
Zend Optimizer: 3.3.9
Spam Assassin: 3.003001
OpenSSL: 1.0.0
OpenSSH: OpenSSH_5.3p1
Bind: 9.8.2rc1
Curl: 7.24.0
Horde: 3.1.7
cPanel: 11.32.3 (build 21)
Zend Optimizer: 3.3.9
ionCube PHP Loader: v3.3.1
it looks like you are trying to build a hosting platform, it is unlikely that all those packages will be in any build.

But it will not take long to download them from the Packager.
Well here is my issue. . let me explain:
I used phpmaker to build a little CRM using MYSQL. The host is slow and we only have about 3 users.

So I thought to build a mysql/apache type box on vmware and self host my CRM on the cloud using the box.

Is that possible?
So do I need that whole list - or can I use a simple vmware ready machine?
I do not think you will find a VMware Ready machine, with your exact requirements, you will need to download the Centos 6.3 distro 2 x DVD (4GB and 1.6GB), and install on VMware and add your own packages, I think this is also safer, from a secuirity point of view, than using a standard image out on the internet, that you have no idea, what backdoors have been created, if using in the cloud.
Excellent - can you point me to the packages I need?
MYSQL?
Apache?
Anything else?
all you will need is a LAMP, Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP.
