Have you deployed all the DLLs for you site? Did you do a fresh compile before you deployed the site to the server?

Yes I did a fresh compile...
There are no DLL... Should there be?
If so how do I create one?
Well it looks like when I did a publish it did create a bin folder called App_Code.dll
For some reason, the assembliesnused by your webservice were not deployed. In this case, you'll hav to be sure that on the hosting side, in your webservice folder, you have a bin folder. In this folder, you'll have to copy all the dlls that you have on you development machine bin folder.
