No applications displayed when connecting via SSL/VPN

Hi guys,

I have a Citrix environment (AGEE 9.1cl - XenApp 6 and WI 5.4) where when connecting with a SSL/VPN there are no applications displayed - It gets to the applicatoin page but it's blank - Troubleshooting had me discover that if I change the policy to use ICA or JAVA the applications display and load as expected - But, when using the SSL/VPN (Access Gateway Online Plugin).

The way this happens is we have an Access Gateway virtual server that depending on who you are and what kind of asset you connect with (this is acheived with Classic Expressions) will either connect with ICA, JAVA or the SSL/VPN - All services appear to be UP on the AGEE - This includes the STAs, WIs and Authentication servers.

It has me stumped as to why this is and would appreciate any help you guys can provide.

Hi All

So I have figured this out to be client experience settings on the session profile - But now there seems to be another issue - This being that the IE gets stuck on "Verifying launch.ica file" and then eventualy errors with a Protocol Driver Error - Once I acknowledge the error and attempt to relaunch the app it works... I'm a little confused to say the least.
