OWA doesn't work when the databases are failed over to remote site

We have a DAG setup for our exchange 2010 sp1, with one server here and one remote in Atlanta.  When I fail the databases over to the remote site, OWA no longer works.  The users are still hitting the same CAS/hub servers locally.  What do I need to look at to resolve this?

Exchange 14.1 (build 218.15)

ASKER

mbstore server - home office
cas/hub 01 - home office
cas/hub 02 - home office

all in one server - remote site

What I have found so far...
The incoming web goes through F5 and does not include remote site

I guess I could use help pointing to setup documentation for this, as it looks like it was not even configured when they deployed the remote site.
I cannot help with the F5 load balancer. You need to look how that can work with the remote site. It is only once you have that information that you can move forwards.

Usually you would point everything at the load balancer and let it deal with the traffic. That is what it is designed for. If you have failed over, then the load balancer would point the traffic at the second location, which would either make the connection or redirect the users.
