EXCEL 2007 CODE

Hello,
I received the attached sample file on a daily basis,
I wonder if you can help me with a code that would group them according to Column "C" or Column "F".
Sum up Column "S".
Count the lines and put in Column "T".

Column Q should be formatted as a number.

Please see sample 1 (Original),  OUTPUT (should look like).

if there is a way that I can just pick up the file from the desktop (file will always have the same name), and then save the output file back on the desktop.

Your help is appreciated.

thank you very much.
You're welcome and I'm glad I was able to help. BTW do you need the heading from the 'Original' sheet copied to the 'Output' sheet? Or perhaps not have the two blank columns in the 'Output' sheet?
