Print Data Groups As Own Print Job

I'm just wondering if there was a way to have different data groups in a excel (2010) spreadsheet be printed as its own printjob.  I don't think a Mail merge would work because the number of items in each group would change.

Thanks!

That is possible, you can select a number of ranges then join them together as a print_area, and print that. When the data changes, then your print job will change to suit. There are possibly a couple of issues, can you provide a sample sheet of what you are looking for?
Cheers...

Sorry for the delay.  Our user was out on vacation - but here's a sample of what he wants.  Its just a simple list in groups and he needs each group to be printed as its own print job.

Hi ekm51, here is an option for your user. The file now has a pivot table inserted based on the original data with the subtotals removed. The pivot is paged by institution and ordered by physician, this would need to change I guess depending on what your user was looking for in terms of presentation. The print area expands automatically based on an offset formula used for Print_Area (check it in Name Manager).

I set it up in Excel 2013, I hope it looks OK in whatever version your user has!

Hope that helps
