Are Thinkpad X61 , X201 & X220 batteries compatible?

Can I use Thinkpad X61 , X201 & X220 batteries inter-changeably?

Or is there some sort of adaptor so that the batteries can be used
inter-changeably?

The url above mentions "The 9-cell battery is rated to last you 15 hours and there's
an additional external battery pack that will keep you tether-free for 23 hours".
Is it the 57Y4600 Power Hub mentioned in the url below?

Which is as I noted above that these 3 machines are different mechanical form factors which prevents interchangeability. .... Thinkpads_User

Can the 57Y4600 Power Hub mentioned in the url above
support all X series (X61, X201, X220 ) Thinkpads? Is it
some sort of external battery?
