How to apply time picking behavior to a DateTimePicker (VB.NET)?

In an Windows Forms application, I'm using two DateTimePicker controls for input of a time interval. The interval will always be within a date, so the user is only to pick two time values (with no date component). However I don't seem to be able to give the pickers time picking behavior. Even though the format is set to "Time" the behavior is still that of a date picker (see screenshot)

Is there a way to apply time picking behavior to the control? Or is there perhaps another .NET (must be built in) control that I'm better of using for this particular purpose?
