Hard code Cold Fusion temp directory

My hosting company has given me a path to use as the default temporary directory when resizing an image, but I am not sure how to manually code this for use?

This is the info my hosting company has provided....

Please try defining the temporary directory being used for the resize function in your script. This code, Temp Dir : " & createobject("java","java.lang.System").getProperty("java.io.tmpdir), is pulling a directory to which the site doesn't have access. This function, GetTempDirectory (), pulls an accessible directory for the site to use. The upload script is working so it seems to be going to an alternate directory than the one being displayed in the script, however when resizing it's trying to use C:\Users\HMS-CF~1\AppData\Local\Temp\, which isn't permitted.

You should be able to set C:\ColdFusion9\runtime\servers\coldfusion\SERVER-INF\temp\wwwroot-tmp\ or D:\websites\C150364\secc-chicago.org\temp\ for temporary storage as both are permitted read/write permissions within the sandbox for the site.

Thanks for your help. Your responses have helped me give my hosting company enough info to finally solve a problem that has lingered for months.
Can explain exactly what they did to solve the problem? Knowing the details would help others that run into the same issue, more so than general comments that it's some a server config issue..
