How to add alerts for multiple users on a library?

Hello,

I see I can add alerts for a library when there are changes to it, and I can add multiple users to have alerts going out to those users, but when I go to Manage my Alerts, I don't see the people I have added. How can I manage alerts to these people if I can't see them, or confirm that they are on the Alert List?

Hi,
this is under Site Settings.
You have to have Manage Site permission.
