Guessing that this is the system drive and you cannot account for the space? &nbsp;First look in Disk Manager and see if it is formated to its full capacity. &nbsp;Then, download and run windirstat or tree size pro. &nbsp;You have to right clicke the executable and &quot;run as administrator&quot;.

Have you tried another system to see if it does the same thing?<br />

There are issues with the built in backup and 4 k sector drives,but if you can plug it into another sata controller,that would be the quickest test.<br />
