I assume I'll need the installation media for it as well, so it cannot be done remotely if that's the case. Also, apache09, yes, the client restarted the computer before they called - several times - but thanks.

Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 pro32-bit with 4 GB RAM, Dual core CPU. Yesterday it worked fine, today it is extremely slow to connect to the network printer when trying to print a single email. Other apps print fine. Safe mode gives exactly the same results. Other users on same network with same exact configuration working fine.<br />
